Direct Care Worker Opportunities

To process the application, please review our available locations and select one with an easier commute for the applicant, as office visits will be required a few times during this phase.
The application process is straightforward:
- Please review the program details on our application page
- Specify which shift you would prefer to work.
- Upon submission, our administrative assistant will contact the applicant. All subsequent communication regarding scheduling will be conducted via email through our MITC system.
The administrative assistant assigned to the applicant will quickly begin the Onboarding Application process.
During the applicant's first scheduled office visit, the applicant will need to bring a list of information required for your background check. Our company requires a thorough background investigation, and this list will be submitted upon completion of the application.
When the applicant arrive at the office, the applicant will watch an Introduction Video, and then complete training modules covering DCW essential knowledge, responsibilities, and the role of a Direct Care Worker.

Embrace Life offers both online training and hands-on training, including Day One Orientation and Day Two Program Training at the program you applied for. The online training is strictly supervised by higher management.
