Since July 2014, Embrace Life Services has helped Arizonans with developmental disabilities live fuller, more independent lives. We are a Home and Community Based Services provider for members supported by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), serving children and adults in their homes, in our centers, and in their communities.
Serving Arizona: North, South, East, and West
East Valley: Mesa (main office), Chandler, and Gilbert
West Valley and Central Phoenix: Phoenix and Peoria
Southern Arizona: Tucson, Sierra Vista, Douglas, and the Tohono O'odham Nation
Northern Arizona: Kykotsmovi, Tuba City, and North County
One Agency, Many Services
In-home and community services: respite, attendant care, and hourly habilitation
Day programs: adult day programs, after-school programs, and school-break programs for fall, winter, spring, and summer
Day Respite Center: supervised activities and socializing in a safe, fun setting
Residential programs: 24/7 support so members can live in their own homes in typical neighborhoods
Transportation: safe, reliable rides to work, school, day programs, and community activities
Deaf services: full American Sign Language access, from direct care to management
