Since 2014, Embrace Life Services has helped children and adults with developmental disabilities live fuller, more independent lives. As a trusted provider for members supported by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), we deliver high-quality care in homes, centers, and communities across Arizona, from the East and West Valley to Northern and Southern Arizona.
We are proud to be a leader in Deaf services. Our Deaf programs are staffed by Deaf and hard-of-hearing employees who communicate fluently in American Sign Language, from direct care to management.
Our members come first. Low staff turnover means members see familiar, caring faces, and our team works side by side with families to help each person build confidence, make positive choices, and gain the skills for a successful future.

Our Services
From in-home support to day programs and residential homes, Embrace Life offers a complete range of services under one trusted agency. These include respite, attendant care, hourly habilitation, and transportation, along with adult day programs, after-school programs, and school-break programs during fall, winter, spring, and summer.
We are contracted with the Arizona Department of Health Services to provide residential homes and services, and we partner with the Department of Child Safety to give children a safe, temporary home.

Home & Community-Based Services
Our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) bring support directly to members and their families. Respite gives family caregivers planned or as-needed breaks, while Attendant Care and Hourly Habilitation help members build daily living skills and independence at home and in the community.
DAY PROGRAMS
Our day programs are located in many of Arizona's largest cities. Click to see whether there is a day program near you. You can also find programs designed for specific needs, such as support for Deaf members, 1:1 behavior ratios, or medical fragility. Our centers offer professional, compassionate care for adults in a welcoming group setting, with social activities and supervised support in a safe place outside the home during the day. Transportation is available if needed.
Transportation
Embrace Life provides safe vehicles and certified drivers to take members to work programs, school, vocational rehabilitation services, day programs, and other routine or occasional appointments. This service is for non-emergency, non-medical transportation only. In a medical emergency, we call 911. See our program description to learn more about our transportation services.
Day Respite Center
We are currently accepting hourly respite members at our center in Chandler. At the Respite Center, members enjoy coloring, crafts, movies, games, and time with friends, all under the supervision of certified providers. Snacks and drinks are provided, and caregivers get a well-deserved break.
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS
This highly individualized program supports people with developmental disabilities who live in their own homes with roommates. Direct Care Workers are available 24/7 and provide training for daily living skills, money management, meal preparation, community skills, and safety skills. Our goal is to help members enjoy a high quality of life in a typical neighborhood and take full advantage of everything their community has to offer. DEAF SERVICES
At Embrace Life, we have a variety of programs that provide full American Sign Language communication accessibility for all our Deaf members. Our trainers, managers, directors, and many other team members communicate fluently in ASL. The Deaf programs are staffed by Deaf and hard-of-hearing employees, from Direct Care Workers to management. Members communicate directly with their staff, with no interpreter needed. A certified interpreter is available to support guardians and the rest of the Embrace Life team as needed.
