School Break Program

Our agency will accept members who have school breaks for the Fall, Winter, and Spring terms. On these dates, we will offer extra activities to keep members engaged for eight hours each day.

Our agency is happy to accommodate any type of school breaks for members 18 and up. Parents are expected to provide their schedule at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure adequate staffing.

This plan is to help working parents save their respite hours as well as helping the member stick to a routine while being on break.

Training

Our agency offers comprehensive training and orientation sessions for our employees on new members. Our agency also holds an annual refresher training session for all active employees. We are always open to specific training requests to ensure we meet your loved ones needs effectively.

Our agency has a Professional Trainer dedicated to developing and coordinating these specialized training sessions. If you identify a need for a particular training topic, please visit our Training page for more details and to submit your request.

Activity

Our agency has designed an activity schedule for the weekly and monthly basis. Each month, our management team will feature seasonal, cultural, and community diversity events. These activities are planned to ensure consistency and alignment with our community's interests.

Parents will receive the monthly activity schedule via email at the end of each month, detailing the events for the upcoming month. Please note that some activities may include a request for funds.

Transportation

Our vehicles are equipped with GPS speed monitoring, and our agency receives notifications for any speeding incidents. Our agency has created and implemented a "360-degree check " policy. The policy is in place to require drivers to check the vehicle before driving and ensure everything is working correctly before transporting the member. (AC, tires, seat belts etc)

For each transportation service, two employees—one driver and one assistant in the back of the van—are required to ensure the safety of our members. Any 1:1 supervision requirements during transportation can be modified upon agreement.

Please check the Training for Driving Safety protocol
