Embrace Life Services is an organization that provides Home and Community Based Services for people with developmental disabilities who are supported through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
We opened in July 2014 and serve members in Maricopa county, suburb of Phoenix area (East, Central and West Valley). Our goal is to help individuals achieve the best quality of life possible through a range of in-home care services, communications, and advocacy services. These services focus on adults and children with developmental disabilities, offering specialized experience in working with deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals if needed. Embrace Life provides support and guidance to assist individuals in making positive choices. Our employees strive to be positive role models in order to help individuals build confidence and assist them in acquiring the skills needed to build a successful future.
Our agency was established in July 2014 and serves approximately 350 members in all counties in Arizona, including several Native American counties.
Our goal is to help individuals achieve the best quality of life possible through a range of in-home care services, communications, and advocacy services for children and adults who are living with their parents. Our team works closely with parents to find the right provider, and provide training, transportation or any resources they may need.
We also offer services focused on adults and children with developmental disabilities in our day and residential programs. We serve over 14 residential programs in the state of Arizona, specifically in the Tucson and Phoenix area, as well as the northern region of Arizona.
