Embrace Life’s Day Respite Center is designed to provide personalized services that are only approved and documented in PCSPs. Members generally get together to do basic activities in the center such as coloring, playing on the computer, craft projects, watching movies, playing music and games, and socializing with supervision from certified providers. The center also provides healthy snacks and drinks.
This option is for members who will need supervised care in a safe place outside the home/ school during the day. The center also offers support during Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer breaks.
Additionally, Embrace Life offers Respite over the weekends. This service does not include overnights. This is another option available when a safe place is needed with certified providers in case your primary provider calls out and you have work or other conflicts.
